Molding Sole insert with socks or without?

    Hi Josh,
    After heating, I'm not sure if I put on with socks the first
    time to mold or barefoot in the shoes?

    Please do it with socks on. You do this so you replicate how you will be wearing them.

    I won't see u till friday, but let me know how it goes...
