    Hi Josh,
I went hiking a few times over the weekend, and afterwards my knees were predictably a bit sore, but my left knee hasn't stopped bothering me (I've stretched, iced, heated..). It feels a bit different than the usual pain, and a lot more intense, especially when doing stairs. It feels like it hurts most in the right side area under the knee cap, but I can't really tell. Is there anything I should do?
    Thanks!!

    Good to hear from you...

ICE is the way to go, no heat...not for your knees!

Did you hike a trail that was on a slope...what i mean is was the upside always on your right and down on your left, vv?
This may have aggrevated your knee?
ICE and light massage, also gently moving your knee cap around while your thigh is relaxed can aide it too.
Hard to say really without seeing it.

Sharon wants to get you another insole pair, what is your shoe size? What color are the ones you have? Do you like that thickness, or would you like it thicker/less thick? Basically, you want to replace the thickness from the shoe you are removing the original.

    Did you get snow?

It was up a pretty steep mountain for one hike, I'm not sure really about which was up/downside... I'll definitely keep icing though!
The insoles are red nines. The thickness is perfect! And it's kind of snowing here now..but not sticking.
    Thanks!!

  4. oh its a sad news, now you should take rest and use some sort of spray to avoid the pain.I heard that
and the product right now is synflex. It is a liquid Glucosamine product for the treatment of arthrits in humans and pets
