*We primarily accept patients who have Medicare as a primary insurance or cash cases. All other plans (i.e. Medicare Replacement plans) will be considered on a case by case basis.
Complete Home Therapy is a service that sends state licensed therapists to a patients’ home to provide physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy. Service may also be provided in the pool when appropriate. These services are billed under Medicare and corresponding secondary policies.
This is not “Home Health” in the traditional sense. Patients do not have to be “homebound” to receive therapy services from Complete Home Therapy. It is purely therapists that provide treatments in the comfort, convenience, and practicial setting of a patients’ home.

Physicians:
STEP 1: IDENTIFY PATIENT
- Practitioner identifies patient functional deficits.
- Indicates need for skilled therapy services through referral/prescription. (Don’t have a Complete Home Therapy referral/prescription pad? Contact us and we will make sure you do!)
STEP 2: MAKE REFERRAL

Prescription to state, “Eval and Treat PT and OT”
Add Speech Therapy as Necessary
Include Diagnosis(es) as Appropriate

Complete Home Therapy will schedule Initial Therapy Evaluation
STEP 4: AUTHORIZE TREATMENT PLAN
Treatment Plan will be sent to your office for physician signature and certification.
