Shoes

We are all guilty of it.  Whether it is the love of a shoe or a financial reason, we often don’t replace our shoes like we should.
The average weekend-warrior type should replace thier shoes every three months.  Others can get away with up to 6 months.  This all depends on your weight, and how many hours and how many days you spend in your shoes.
Another factor is shoe construction quality.

I often get asked, what is the best shoe? Answer: There is no way to always say this brand is the best, or this one.  Everyone’s foot and mechanics are so different.  I strive to teach my clients how to be good shoe buying consumers.
