Subscapularis

With my patients who are post -op shoulder surgery…I am seeing great sucess with myofascial release techniques of the subscapularis muscle to aid in external rotation range of motion.

Had, or having rotator cuff or shoulder surgery?  Got questions?  Come to the forum…
