Stretching

WE are all guilty of it…NOT stretching enough.  Most people know they should and many are guilty of not doing it at all.  Most people will stretch before exercising and only a few after?  YOu may or may not prevent an injury with pre-stretching, but post-stretching will provide muscle length gains and possibly prevent injuries the next outing.  I have plenty of strecthing advice…
