Physical Therapist and Sandals

Soooo many issues that patients deal with come from their choice of poor footwear.  Often in Florida, it is even worse b/c so many people here want to wear sandals and shouldn’t be b/c they provide horrible support.  This lack of support, leads to misalignments and further exaccerabtes problems such as: plantar fascitis, heel spurs, sesamoiditis, hip bursitis, shin splints, low back pain, patella femoral pain syndrome, illiotibial band syndrome, chondramalacia, excessive knee ligament stress, etc…

I have spent several months sampling the market and have concluded that the sandal made by SOLE is superior in every way.  I now only provide SOLE sandals to my appropriate patients.
