POSTURE POSTURE POSTURE

So much can be said about the importance of posture.  As PT’s we drive it into our pateints every day.  Often times, if a problem stems from poor posture or worsened by it, correcting the posture can have slow and steady improvements on the condition.  Fewer cases report immediate total relief.  Most of the time, the poor posture has been for years , so it will take time to re-train the body.  I can’t stress it enough, POOR POSTURE = POOR Performance!
