Tibilias Posterior Dysfunction

We are seeing more and more of this diagnosis in the clinic.  Yes, you need to treat the muscle and the tendon.  You must alos look beyond treating the dysfunctional tissue, and look towards the cause of it.  There is often some mechanical flaw that had led to this dysfunction.

Common treatment interventions, non-specific order, not all inclusive include:

Semi Rigid Custom Insoles, MFR, ASTYM, DTM, Eccentric exercises, U.S.
