Adhesive Capsulitis aka Frozen Shoulder
They come in three’s and that it what I have right now. Three cases of frozen shoulders. All in the typical demographic but each with different causes.
If you are dealing with this, you basically have a few options:
1) Manipulation under anethesia
2) Physical Therapy
3) Nothing and hope it gets better by itself
In practice, I am seeing that it pays to spend 15 minutes to prep the tissue with soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilizations, modalities etc.. before getting into the PROM planes of movement.
It is a long but worth it journey and if your willing to put in the work and take the tears along with it, you will get through it!
