Cryotherapy

I think often times cryotherapy (ice) gets overlooked.  I look at it more as preventative care.  I know it doesn’t hurt now, but putting ice on something for 10-15 minutes will most of the time make something feel better the days to follow.  I’ll often ice my knees or back aftern playing basketball or running a long distance as a measure to prevent issues the following days.  It always works for my body.  I look at it like I am slowing down the potential of arthritis.

Thoughts and questions are welcome in the forum…
