Free Fitness Center Orientation

This thursday at Bella Terra, in Estero, FL;  I will be hosting a free orientation to the equipment within the facility.  It is a pet peave of  mine when people do exercises that could cause them harm.  I will be instructing the safe and correct way to do things.

Peroneal Tendonitis/Tendonosis

A common complaint of pain along the lateral ankle just posterior to the latereal "ankle bone"  is likely caused by peroneal tendonitis/tendonosis.  An additional diagnosis can be bursitis.
Yes, you need to treat the tendon, but don’t ignore the actual muscle belly’s of the tendons and the gastroc/soleus/achilles complex!

Adhesive Capsulitis aka Frozen Shoulder

They come in three’s and that it what I have right now.  Three cases of frozen shoulders.  All in the typical demographic but each with different causes.
If you are dealing with this, you basically have a few options:
1) Manipulation under anethesia
2) Physical Therapy
3) Nothing and hope it gets better by itself
